Interior Project Designer

With over seven years of hospitality interior design experience and a previous career in Musical Theatre stage and production management, Adam approaches each RDC project with an emphasis on storytelling and a flair for the dramatic. Design project work includes hotels (branded and independent/boutique), multi-unit residential, bars and restaurants as well as asset re-positioning and soft brand development. By focusing on a guest experience informed by intelligent design and driven by sustainable operations, he strives to deliver creative solutions for ownership and guest alike.

Leaning on his theatre training, Adam loves RDC’s collaborative efforts to distill the “true north” of a project - the conceptual seed that all design decisions drawn from to keep a project unified and on track. Having managed creative processes in theatre, he loves to connect to people of varied experiences and viewpoints to cultivate an encompassing perspective to make well-informed decisions.

Outside the office, Adam loves the outdoors (biking, running, beaching, hiking), having adventures/traveling with his husband Jason and practicing/teaching yoga.
