Krystle Fader
Design Manager
As a Design Manager at RDC, Krystle brings nearly a decade of professional experience in interior and architectural design to the team. With experience in a range of markets from food and beverage to workplace to healthcare, she brings her combined knowledge from each and is able to apply that to new project opportunities.
With an education in interior architectural design and a passion for efficient solutions, Krystle has been able to grow into a leadership role managing projects from design concept though completion of construction. Prior to starting her design career, she had over 10 years of experience as a server in the restaurant industry and prides herself not only as a creator and designer, but also as a people-person, fostering relationships with everyone she encounters along her professional path.
Because of her drive for efficiency, she fully embraced industry technologies such a Revit and quickly became an advocate for its use in design and construction documentation. She has been involved with creating standards and templates crafted specifically for client’s needs; helping to create workflows that benefit her internal team as well as the clients she works with.
Beyond her life as a designer, Krystle is a proud mom of two young boys who consistently keep her and her husband on their toes. She’s a firm believer that enjoying your life and spending quality time with family creates a healthy outlook on all aspects in life, driving her strong work ethic and keeping in mind that there is always more to learn.
